ps: my name is actually kate, it just didnt select female properly so yes i am a female just to make that clear, something went wrong wen i registered, and now that we have that established, i need to tell u my problem.

i was having a pretty hard time tonight about my ex boyfriend (keeping in mind I AM FEMALE, unlike my picture says), and i miss him alot and i made the stupid decision of taking 3 zoloft and 2 extra strong pain killers and ive been drinking the v energy drink 2nite and now im afraid im going to die of an overdose or something, please help me. im afraid im gona die....

No, you are not going to die! It takes a lot more that that to OD on, just don't take any more!

You may experience so bad side effects tomorrow, headache, drymouth, shakes, anxiety, but that will pass with time. Just don't think of your Zoloft as Valium or something like that - it's NOT. It acts entirely differently in your brain, and in high enough doses WILL give you some pretty terrible side effects (I haven't heard of too many death though). I have heard of hallucinations (no good ones) and loss of touch with reality.

The pain pills are another thing. They will kill you. If you are only taking two I'd say it's going to be alright. 20 - you're dead! So be careful with those - please - they will cause you to stop beathing - and eventually you will suffocate.

I guess you are drinking the energy drink to stay awake to enjoy the high from the pain pills. - But it won't hurt you, although they always seem to give me the runs.

How should I take Zoloft?

Take Zoloft exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

First of all you've got to be calm, zoloft contains sertraline which is an antidepressant as you probably know.
