it's just your body's metabolism telling you what nutrients you need, and I guess over time, you mind has been conditioned to enjoy those foods to an overwhelming extent. but hey, it's much better that your eating fruits and veggies than nachos and chilidogs. anyway stay cool and peace out

it sounds like your body is trying to tell you you need something, maybe more nutrients, vitamins or minerals. Try juicing with a juice extractor. I consume 3 8 ounce glasses a day of carrots, apples, spinach, celery, cucumber, etc all juiced up and live. It gives a nice energy boost

Best snack foods but not always filling. Try granola, nuts,cheese or yogurt with your fruit. I agree your body is telling you it needs something and it is good you listen to it unless your cravings get too extreme.
