All inclusive means hotel, taxes food, drinks (and alcoholic drinks) and usually non-motorized sports such as snorkel equipment or kayaks. It also includes gratuity, but I personnally bring $100.00 in singles to pass out to waiters, maids or bartenders, they make very little money and work very hard. These few extra tips will make you stay more enjoyable as the workers seem to be more attentive! Have fun

In most places YES! If you are going to a resort in Mexico or some place like that yes they do cover the drinks! Have a good time.

All inclusive means exactly that. Depending on your resort it may include the not too expensive brand names of alcohol not just the really cheap junk. Have a great time!!

You'll have to find out from your travel agent or whomever it is offering the package. Likely though it doesn't include alcohol or it may cover a glass of wine or beer at dinner and then you pay for the rest.
