I miss the bad as$ god of the old testament he kinda of reminded me of Jack Bauer from 24! He was cool he made mega floods, burned people to death, and killed millions of people, created wars, he was cool and so full of anger and rage. Then the NT comes along and then his personality changes he is nice, calm, and caring WTF did he go to rehab and underwent anger management. I hope when the new bible comes out they bring the old god back because I think the new one is a wuss?

God remains the same. Did you read the story of Jonah were God forgave an entire city b/c they repented?
He also forgave and helped the Israelites on various occasions.
Noah warned people before the deluge b/c that's what God wanted.
God only did away with people as a final resort.
