"Noki" does not mean anything in Russian. You might mean something else, like "nogi" which means "legs". And it definitely does not mean "art".

Noki is the plural "legs", nothing to do with art.

OK, do you mean "kino", not "noki"?
Kino means movie in a theater.
Also, there used to be a band in the end of 1980-s, named "Kino", very popular even now.
