theres been a chopper going past my place for the last 20 minutes ,it goes back and forth and is getting on my nerves.
every thursday friday night one goes past, doing the same stupid routine.
what would you do to shut them up?

If it's happening every Thursday for twenty minutes then try calling the police watch commander and politely ask why they need to hover over your neighborhood every week for that long. If that doesn't help then try complaining at the next council meeting.

Surface-to-air, anit-aircraft missile should do the trick. Only, that would make you STUPID. Aside from that, I'm not thinking there is ANYTHING you can do, so put some headphones on and stop asking silly questions.
