Acne starts from inside your body. Avoid eating fried foods, high fat foods such as nuts, chocolate, caffeine And cola drinks. these can increase acne breakouts. Smoking will also cause skin problems.
Neutrogena makes wonderful cleansing products for breakouts. It's important to clean your skin at least twice a day. Using a mild facial scrub such as St. Ives apricot for sensitive skin once a day will unclog the pours and remove dead skin cells.
Most of these products can be found at your local drug store.
Your skin is always a reflection of what you are consuming.

If your skin is acne prone always keep your hands clean, that's how the bacteria is spread on your face. Do not pick at it, it will leave scars and spread the acne. Find a simple skin cleaning routine and products that suit you. A liquid facial wash will do to remove oil and dirt, follow with a astringent and finish with a moisturizer. People think because you have oily skin you don't need it, not so when you wash your face you remove the oil and your skin will over produce oil to replace it, so use moisturizer to balance oil. Do this twice a day when you wake up and before you go to bed. Also during the day if you see excess oil do not rub it, get oil blotting sheets to remove it. It takes the shine away and removes the bad oil that can infect your acne further.

Hi There. What many people don't know is that most soaps and cleansers on the market contain mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate into the pores of our skin so it sits on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on our face, thus causing our skin problems. Most products contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, etc. These strip your skins acid mantel which is its protective layer and causes more skin problems. One thing to remember is that you don't want to DRY out your face because your skin will try to overcompensate by producing more oil which will cause more irritation. You might want to try Arbonne. It's a Swiss company that is regulated by the FDA and formulates their products without the ingredients listed above. Their products are botanically based and beneficial for all skin types. Arbonne has a great acne line where people have seen amazing results! They also have a great dietary supplement to support skin from the inside out targeting troubled skin with vitamins, minerals and L-Lysine, an amino acid. Stay away from touching your skin as it encourages the spread of bacteria and excess oils, leading to breakouts. Also, excessive cleansing and scrubbing can make acne worse. I would be happy to help you if you're open to giving it a try.

I love love love poractive. I never had really bad acne, but I did break out alot. I've tried everything, including going to a doctor, the prescription stuff was too too drying for my skin. I've been using proactive for 3 years or so, and I swear by it!! It's not too expensive and it lasts a long time. I recommend it 100%

I use this gals soap , I wash my face three times a day with it. Doesn't matter what soap, its all has the same ingredients, just different scents.
I use her shea body butter on my face. It is 100% Refined shea and doesn't break my skin out. I love it and my acne is a lot better, hardly any break outs and I just switched from ProActive, which didn't work for me!
