there is no other way except working on problems daily... use calculator only where you cannot do without it... try to calculate manually if possible...
attempt all the exercises given in the text book...

Smart working will pay u good marks. It is just above hard working. Just understand the logic behind it. U may felt it is time consuming, but, it is really worth for ur future. If ur basic is strong then u will be facing ur future examinations effectively.
Plan ur time for basics (atleast 10 min a day)

just keep on working the problems as many times as u can,write down all the formula's in a sheet so that u can go through the formula's even at the last minute,just the day before the exam try to work out atleast 2 problems from each unit or chapter.

make sure that u have learnt all formulas and then do more and more practice to make yourself good at math, don't take stress, it will not help u try to do more typical and difficult problems by ur own.without any help this will help u to be sharp in math.Don't take tension just be cool so u can understand it properly.BEST OF LUCK.

Do your homework. Pay attention in class, take notes. Ask your teacher for help with things that you don't understand
