Hi
I have recently joined a gym which has all of the above, I am unsure though of what the actual health benefits are of each, and ideas please?
Thank you

Benefit from the soothing effects of steam. Steam can ease the stress of an aching body whilst also providing a deep cleanse of your skin pores. The steam room is an excellent way to clear blockages or mild aches in the body, for example sinus pain or muscle pulls. You will come out feeling rested and refreshed.

When saunas are used regularly, studies have shown benefits such as improved blood circulation, restored youthfulness, toxin and heavy metal reduction, weight control, cellulite reduction, skin cleansing and rejuvenation, allergy reduction and rash reduction.
Both saunas and steam rooms can be used to relax and unwind. However, dry saunas have an advantage over steam rooms by helping to rid the body of more toxic metals picked up from the environment.

Immersing your body in a Jacuzzi hot tub makes it weighless relieving pressure on bones and joints. The soothing warm water and massage invigorates the skin and increases blood circulation by dilating blood vessels. The increase of oxygen to the skin's surface results in an overall soothing and relaxing experience for the whole body.

A Jacuzzi hot tub bathe relaxes the body and promotes good sleep.

i hope this is useful

yes, a jacuzzi helps relax the muscles after a workouts, the heat and the bubbles of the water "massage" your skin and muscles to loosen them up so you aren't as stiff. the sauna and steam rooms help sweat out toxins in the skin. the heat makes you sweat. this helps your skin tremendously because afterwards you skin feels soft and you know that it has done good. do not stay to long in the sauna as you might get dehydrated. if your still not sure ask a personal trainer or gym helper to tell you more specifically.

A jucuzzi is really good for relaxing your muscles and a steam room allows you to sweat out all of the toxins in your body and can make you lose weight, and it is really good to help mosturize your skin.

The jacuzzi helps relax and massage muscles after a workout, it also helps get your circulation going as well,, but your circulation should already be going if you have just had a workout in the gym!!

The steam room and sauna help you relax and the heat opens up pores, ridding your pores of sweat and dirt. They make your complexion look fresh and glowing, and also help get rid of colds..!!

Make sure you shower before and after going in any of these!

Hope this answers your question!

Steam rooms are great for cleaning your pores
jacuzzis are nice to relax in and give you a little massage with the water jets
saunas are good for you too but too dry for me

steam rooms and saunas are great for opening and cleansing your pores and as for jucuzzis and spas, they help relax tired muscles, help you to sleep better, and help with sinuses.

Okay, to me, Jacuzzi spells human germ stew so I'd say that the benefits of that are none. The others help to open your pores and rid the body of toxins. They may also help with sinuses.

The steam will hydrate your skin i.e. won't be as dry and your face will feel better like weeks of moisturising
