continue to excercise her, a good 40 min a day walk will help, talk to the vet to make sure she is healthy.

Feed a well balanced high quality food. Use the manufacturers guidelines for the amount to feed your girl. Split the daily amount recommended into two meals(can you go 24 hours between meals?). Walking is great but your dog needs true exercise too.Get her running. There are some medical reasons a dog does not lose weight. Have your vet check your dogs thyroid function.

A high protein diet with 3 walks a day, one off lead if possible and maybe 3 small meals a day and also hydrotherapy treatment, dogs love swimming.

How much does she weigh and how much are you feeding her? Is it possible she is getting food from other sources? Other dog bowls? the cat's food? neighbor feeding scraps to her? If she isn't getting food from another source then you should consider cutting back her daily meal by one third ( and no treats) and see if that helps. If it does not then perhaps she should be tested for something like hypothyroidism by your vet.

did you take the puppies away from her too earily?
cause that might be it, cause my cousin's dog had puppies 6 of them and the puppies stay with the mother about 8 weeks and the mother(dog) lost her pregnancy weight.
but consult your vet though

WALKIES!!!!
also be mindful of the food you are feeding, there are weight management feeds, also mind the amount!
NO TABLE SCRAPS!!!!!
fresh veggies in her diet may help!
but, just like us human ladies: lots of good robust excercise and a healthy diet wins everytime!

You don't say the age or breed of dog. Seek advise from vet, and stick to what he/she recommends. NO tit bits between meals.
Plenty of exercise.
