Bipolar doesn't mean you freak out on anybody. Bipolar disorder is an illness that affects thoughts, feelings, perceptions and behavior ... even how a person feels physically
Just take some medicine the doctor prescribes for you and see how it works.

It sounds like depression and anxiety. It is usually hereditary. Do you feel that your mind is like a DVD,,,playing itself over and over again? Do you lack emotional support?
If so, see a Dr who will order medication for you. This condition is not rare, so be forthright and tell the Dr the truth. Do you at times just start to cry?
Also, looking your best at all times will help you feel better and have more confidence. It's true. Go to the Dr, dress to impress, always smile at others, even if you have nothing to say........Do these three things, and your own life will begin to surprize you.

you may be feeling depressed. depression hits a lot of peopel. try to overcome your feelings and answer the phone, no matter how much u dont feel like talking. it will open u back up. surround yourself with things that inspire u and tckle your fancy. if u surround yourself with happiness than all u can be is happy. and vice versa for vice versa. Try focusing on the opposite of what depresse syou or makes you feel unworthy.

Depression, anxiety, adult adhd just to name a few. Only a health professional can diagnose what's going on with you. Go to the doc. There is medication that can help.

its a deep down insdie problem...
sometimes people never find out wat it is....
u may think everything is fine on the outside but soemting must have happened and u just brushed it off...
an example .. i use to get beat up by my bf and when it was hap-pening i acted like it didnt bother me that it was just life.. and i was miserable with everything.. i didnt kno wat the problem was.. i thought someting was mentally wrong with me .. and then i started addressing the situation.. i started goign to these meetings where other women were in abusive situations by their spouses.. i swear to god.. i never thought those kind of meetings would help.. its not like i takled abotu my relationshiip.. i just listened to other people's situations and they educated us on abusive men.. and i relized alot.. this isnt abotu me tho..
maybe u went thru a divorce.. with ur parents... or u broke up wth a girl... not doping so good in schoool.. debt.. that is a big one.. i dont kno who u are. so its hard for me to say wat might of happened.. buh those things are stuff that people brush off and odnt relaly look into how they feel...
gettin back to me.. i was talkign to a counsellor at the meeting and he sed to me .. what do u think about this situation and i sed to him "i dont kno" he's like wat do u mean u dont know i go "i dont carE" and i say i dont care ALOT.. ITS MY WAY OF COPING OUT... UR WAY IS PUSHIGN UR FIRENDS AWAY...
sweetheart, i swear to u, u arent dumb.. wat u need to do is sit down and amke a list of things that ur good at.. nothing BUH THINGS U ARE GOOD AT... ON THAT LIST DONT TINK ABOUT ANYTHING THAT U ARE NOT GOOD AT...
