apply lukewarm coconut oil twice a week on the previous night you wash your hair... naturally you should wash them twice a week with mild shampoo followed by application of a suitable conditioner...

after wash do not comb them as long as they are wet... let them dry up and then start combing soft... starting from their ends and going successively towards the roots with a coarse comb...

then use your normal comb or hair brush...

your hair fall will stop...

Well since you didn't give much detail, I can't suggest anything specific.

Is this a recent problem? It could be because of a nutrient deficiency in your hair or body, or even a thyroid problem.

Or it could be because your hair is badly damaged. The best thing I can suggest for you is:

1. See a doctor if it's bad, and it's a new, sudden change.
2. Try just taking better care of your hair. Invest in shampoos and conditioners that have nutrients and vitamins. Also take care of your body. Take vitamins everyday.

Without more specifics, there's not much else I can say.

Assuming that you're eating a balanced diet and that you do not have any infections, try using shampoos that are designed to nourish the scalp. Nioxin and Hairobics come to mind. I'm sure that there are a few others.

You can visit my site. Maybe there's something in there that could help you out.
