If you really desire the Manna then you must gather it daily and a little at a time. Allow yourself quiet times through the day to reflect on the concepts it presents.
Where can manna be found? Jesus taught that his words are the manna that rained/reigned from heaven, so you need to read any red letter edition of the Bible. Jesus words are printed in red. This reads as a letter separate from the stories it is incorporated into. This is The Message. Christ means Message. Jesus brought the message so he is the Christ.
