If at 6 months she is 70lbs, expect her to get somewhere near 80-85lbs maximum since she is about 85-90% fully grown by 6 months. She may fill out as she gets older, but not until maybe after 3-5 years.
Breed type does not matter since you know her current age and weight.

WOW she might push the 100# marker. She must have some mastiff in her or something. That is one big dog. She could eat my little 10# pug in one bite LOL.
