He changed water to wine. I know I would need the Philosopher's Stone to perform that kind of alchemy.

Props to Full Metal Murazor!

Theoretically, if he could turn water to wine, he could also turn lead to gold. But he wouldn't need a stone to do it. The closest I can think of for the title of possessor of the Philosopher's Stone would be the nuclear physicists who split the atom. Lead has been successfully transmuted to gold by these folks, but the difficulty and expense was quite beyond feasibility. Gold is more easily transmuted to lead, actually, than the reverse.

Both Jesus and the Philosopher's Stone are fantasy, so suit yourself with them. Religion and alchemy are outmoded today. Science and Chemistry replaced them. Sense gradually replaces nonsense.

No, because he only lived to be 33. The Philosopher's (Sorcerer's) stone gave one long life.

No . If he had, he would have been rich and would not need to make a living doing little magic tricks on market places.

Why would God need it? Jesus was all powerful and has authority over everything.
