You can go to the orphanidge ( or where ever she is from) and ask for the information of her parents, or get an adress. Or, you can hire an agency that takes care of problems like that, they find people, or course, this might be expencive, but whatever will work

Contact the Social Service Dept. in the City she was Adopted
