Experiment. Proactiv only works for certain people- same with Acne Free. I use Clean & Clear sensitive skin but I'm way sensitive to Benzoyl Peroxide and salysilic acid. Look around for what's best for you. Be sure you wash your face well- if you have bangs pull them back. Good luck!

okay well i used to have a lot of pimples right in the middle of my forehead too!! Then my cousin gave me this awesome recipe that you can make right at home in like two seconds. I no it sounds alittle wierd and your thinking that can't workbut trust me it does i just did it last night and it took away all of my pimples!! okay heres the recipe:
1/4 cup of BROWN sugar(make sure its brownsugar not white)
3tablespoons of milk
mix this together until forms a sticky paste and rub it on your face for exactly one minute and make sure you scrub it with your hands or it wont work! Then after you did it for one minute hop in the shower and rinse your face off with some warm water.
HOPE it works!!!

How old are you? It may be hormones. You can go to your doctor and see if you can get "Metro Gel". I used that when I turned 30 and my face went NUTS. You can try Mary Kay's cleansing set which I've been using since I was 19 and still helps to keep the zits at bay, beyond the explosion that I had a few years back, or you can get Neutrogena's set. That's a good product that I use when I run out of my MK and haven't gotten together with my rep.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

I use the Nature's Cure Papaya 3 step stuff and Zapzyt. To wash my face I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub with salicylic acid. Also what works really well it a blemish stick with tea tree oil in it from Vitamin World. It is the single best thing out there and it is just called a blemish stick. Buy it. You wont regret it.

try a diluted solution of plain old witch hazel. it can be found in the pharmacy for about 1 - 2$. i think you need to dilute it 50/50, w/water, use a soft cloth or disposable cotton make-up pad to apply. i don't rinse it off all the time, you may want to. i follow minw up with a cucumber based toner(100% all natural). both products get put in the fridge during the summer and i use them on face after i've been out in the garden or when i get sun/wind burn, ahhh, so refreshing!

I remember those days. I used to have acne. It wasnt horrible but it wasnt good. I just went to my regular doctor and she gave me a ton of options. I chose Minicycline (a pill) that I take every night before bed. And a topical Retin-A. My acnes almost completely gone. I just started using the medicine about a month ago. I still get little zits here and there, but its the best out of everything Ive tried. You should really try it. Good luck. = ]]

Try Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel. It really works.
If you have long fringe, you might want to consider pulling your hair up for a while, coz dat is also a main reason for unexpected breakouts on yr forehead.

Well, you can start by taking a glass of water first thing in the morning. Then make it a habit. Although, other solution may sound quite funny, but taking very early morning urine has been found to be particularly effective and refreshing. Trust me!
