I live in India. I need to know all formalities regarding a court marriage. What is the entire procedure

first apply in registration office of marriage....then, they will give a date after 1 month....on the given date go alongwith your partner and complete the formalities....and remember age criteria 21 for male and 18 for female....gud luck.
