I cannot get over this guy, I fell madly for him in the summer, and even tho now I realise that we can never be and he has made it clear he wants nothing to do with me, I cannot get over him, I still think about him all the time, my heart still throbs when I hear his name, I've tried to date other men and that has just made me want him more, I've avoided where he goes out and cut off contact from his friends, but yet still, I'm here ... thinking about him ... advice?

The only way to get over him is to find another man who can make you feel the same way he makes you feel now.
All that dating "other men" in order to forget him is just like...killing time, merely fooling yourself!
You just need to get the right one....he's already out there and you'll bump into each other someday....

i know its hard to get over someone and i know ur heart is hurting but sometimes u just have to pick the pieces up glue them back together and move on. Get rid of everything that reminds u of him. Stay away from his friends places that he goes and focus on other stuff like if u are still in school then join a club or play a sport and if not then find something that interest u (not him) and go for it. Keep telling ur self that u can't be with him and that u have to move on. if that doesn't help then ask one of ur friends to come up with ideas to help u. thats what i done we i like this guy but new i couldn't have him and it worked. Sorry..but time is the only healer. You will get over him in the end. Just try and keep yourself busy and get out with your friends. One day you'll look back and be glad of where you are without him.

Think of the things that made you unhappy about him the way he let you go.Hate 2 say it but get pis- at him for not liking you,That might help in letting him go.Just my thought. Have a nice day?>??

I honestly do not have adivce for you but just to let you know, I am in the same situation. I know how you feel. It hurts like hell, but all I can say is just try to have fun!! Hang out with friends and just have fun and keep your mind occupied. GO PARTY!! haha. But yeah, it's hard, i know...but just try!

i know its hard to believe ,but you will get over it.it wasnt meant to be,yes it will hurt but in time it will get easier,go out with friends enjoy yourself,the right one will find you.
