I think it depends on the pill some take longer most are about a month though. I'm not saying I agree with taking pills that aren't yours but they do make the "flush kit" you can get at the tea shop up town. I think it is like $20 you take that and drink a lot of water in like 48hrs it and all drugs are clear from your system.

Never. there will always be some amount of medicine in your system. however, if your interested in "how long do I wait before the medicines reach a point were there is not enough in my system to detect?" that depends on the half life of the medicine.

it depends on the half-life and clearance of the pills plus other factors like if you have kidney problems or problems with organs excreting the product.
