I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Try this, have a yogurt (I prefer Activia) for breakfast. For lunch eat half of a healthy sandwich with another yogurt. Eat supper but do not over do it but the key to this is exercise. keep this up and you will see a change pretty quick. Remember though continue to exercise. Choose healthy organics to eat. Try to use flat breads instead of bread for sandwiches, like wraps. If you want a snack try yogurt and a nature valley granola bar.

You need determinations and motivations to lose weight.
Good food are tempting.
Exercises are be tiring.

You need self-motivation and self-discipline to watch your diet and regularly exercise.
It'll help if you have your friends and family to encourage you along the way.
=)
