Not a fan of Kildaires. I suggest Iron Hill Brewery. They have a wide range of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Also they obviously brew their own beer. The rasberry ale is great.

it depends on what you want to eat.
chinese/thai: wave noodle (byob)
indian: star of india (byob)
sushi: kooma
typical american fair: iron hill brewery
if you're going on a date, I suggest kooma. fresh sushi and a nice high-end environment!
