A good guideline is to have 2 to 3 servings each of lean meats or other proteins, law fat or fat free dairy products, and whole grain carbs.

You can eat just as many green vegetables as you like. And a couple of servings of fruit.

Cut out refined sugar, white flour, white bread, white potatoes, and well, anything white except for milk. :) Or just limit them to once a week.

If you need a little something sweet, go for just one ounce of dark chocolate per day, or a cup of low sugar hot cocoa.

Drink water. Not soda, and not juice, because that's just sugar in a glass, with none of the fiber of whole fruit.

If you add 30 minutes of exercise, even walking, that will help, and strength training is a great idea, because muscle burns more calories than fat, even when you're sitting still.

If you need a more structured program, Weight Watchers is a great option. And always remember that you can do this. If you mess up, it's okay. You can start over any time.

Have to stay away from fatty foods.

stick too almonds and other nuts, beans and pulses, spinach and other green veg, low-fat dairy products, instant hot oat cereal, eggs, turkey and other lean meats, peanut butter, olive oil, wholegrain breads and cereals, extra protein powder and raspberries and other berries.

theres a really good book about all this called the absdiet.from the popular magazine men's health.

You can eat 6 small meals instead of 3 major meals a day.
Snacks [only fruits and healthy snacks] when you're hungry between meals.

No food after 7PM.
No supper.

After dinner, take in 2 teaspoons of honey before going to bed.
It will help with the digestion.

In the morning, take sips of green tea or sips of tea.
It will increase your metabolism rate.

Do fasting with raw vegetable and fruit juices and water under the supervision of a naturopath. You should lose all of your fat in about 25 to 30 days of fasting.
