Does it make a difference. God can be where ever he wants when he wants. He's here with us all the time, so that means he was and is around day and night. Romans 1:20 basically says he's here and he is evident in all creation, he just has invisible qualities. Good question. God bless.
Also, for the Woo master, if you're quoting Jesus, then you must realize that pretty much all that Jesus said and did is in the Bible, so if you don't believe the Bible, then Jesus isn't really anybody. You need the Bible if you're gonna believe that Jesus is the son of God. I don't follow the Bible blindly, I read it and study it and try to compare it to other historical finds. It stands up pretty well, so I wouldn't be wooing the Bible if I were you. God bless to you too.

Because in the cool of the day is when Adam will be resting, Not that he had much to do since the serpent was his worker, But God could sit down & talk to Adam. God presence was always there in the garden, because the Garden had a perfect climate.

The Evening is a more relaxed time... it shows the comfort and close relationship that God and Adam had...
or maybe that's just when he decided to come down... who knows.

I don't believe the Bible is a literal text, but rather a metaphorical one. It just sounds nicer to walk in the cool of the evening rather than sweating in the heat of the day.
