Focus on the things you can do to make your life work better and remain positive.

If you are overwhelmed with whatever, take a break. -

1. Go placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. Say your prayer.
2. Be on good terms with all persons.
3. Speak your truth quietly and clearly and listen to others
4. Avoid loud and aggressive person,---they are vexations to the spirit.
5. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune
6. Do not distress yourself with imaginings
7. Beyond a wholesome disciplines be gentle with yourself.

Last but not least, you are a creation of God, no less than the trees and the stars.....you have the right to be here. Just be yourself. AND Good LUCK, hope you will feel better.

you can have a real peace of mind by surrendering your life to God, He is the giver of peace. Secondly make sure you reduce those activities and thoughts that gives you stress, pray always and rest in God's word.

Breathe deeply, accept that God is in control, and that everything happens for a reason. Try to not take life so seriously. Also, read the Scriptures. (I especially find many of the Psalms comforing and peaceful.)

Surrender your issues to Jesus... no matter what it is uve done or are going through, He loves you and He said he will NEVER leave you nor forsake you.... look for him and make friends with him and I promise u will find peace of mind...

Buddy.........., you are not alone in this world.

It is not that your life becomes stress free.
More important is that how you tackle it, how you face it.

Therefore I have some advise for you.


* Hope for the best.

* Every cloud has a silver lining.

* Every night has its dawn.

* Keep faith in yourself.

* Remember "when the going gets tough, tough gets going "

* Pray to God as per your faith, it helps.You seem to be a Muslim. I advise you to read biography of prophet Mohammad.

* Remember losing hope [in Allah] is prohibited in Islam.

* Share your stress with some one you love.

* Keep cool, and dont let the stress or pain be reflected on your face and your attitude.

* Fight all negativities with all your mental power.

* Do anything possible to change the evironment around you.

* You have enjoyed your good times, why not enjoy the bad times too ?

* Remember there is no person on this earth who has not gone through bad times. When they can come out of it, why cant you ?

* Keep your attitude positive. IT ALWAYS FINDS YOU A WAY TO SAIL THROUGH HARD TIMES.

First you have to take care of yourself physically. Eating fruits and vegetables help the nervous system. Exercise releases endorphins in the brain that make you feel good. Good sleep is an absolute necessity.
Pray for wisdom to handle your stress. Handle each thing as it comes up then find a way to relax. Relaxation refreshes you so you can better handle the next stressor.

Pick up a paintbrush, go for a walk, go to the beach, walk the dog, go window shopping for ideas for that creative painting you got the paintbrush for......etc...shut yourself off into your peaceful world with nothing to think about except the creative task at hand...write songs, poems..even try short stories based even on some of the stresses and watch them disappear......markets are great places to start to get the creative juices flowing...gardening is also good for peaceful thoughts...(all you think about then, are the bloody weeds you got to get rid of)...hope you find your bit of peace soon..............
