People when hearing about Islam only learn that we follow Muhammad(SAW) and no one really mentions other Prophets because Islam regards Muhammad (SAW) as the final. People should start telling others that Muhammad finished bringing the message that Abraham, Moses, Noah, Jesus, and all other Prophets of God started. It's a misunderstanding from people who are probably trying not to understand Islam anyway.

Salam

EDIT: dbytz, I have studied many religions and no where in the bible does it say that Jesus called himself the son of God. Muslims also understand that the bible has been changed in many ways and that there is an original (unchanged) copy of the bible in syria.

History proves that before Islam came into existence the Sabeans in Arabia worshiped the "moon god" who married "Sun goddess" who Gave birth to three goddesses. They were called Al-lat, Al-uzza and Manat..they later became Idols and were worshiped throughout that part of the world as the "Daughters of Allah." The "moon god" was Allah. He was just one of 360 idols in the Kabah in Mecca and Muhammad knew all about this. The crescent moon is everywhere in Islam. Even Ramadan begins and ends with the crescent moon. (If you are Muslim ask you "Mullah" why). Muhammad wanted to create his own religion, he needed the backing of his powerful tribe so he picked Allah, the moon-god which they worshiped, to be the one god. And he declared himself to be Allah's prophet. In the 1950's a major temple to the moon-god was excavated at Hazor in Palestine. Two idols of the moon-god were found, proving Allah was a pre-islamic pagan deity. If you look at a photo of this statue you will see a crescent moon on his chest. So you see Muslims have been betrayed. There is only one "True" God and he loves the Muslims as much as he loves the Christians he wants them to see the truth. On the last day Muhammad will bow down and say the Jesus Christ is Lord.

Muslims I am told believe that Christ was just a prophet and not a part of the trinity, or God. There is a major difference. The Islam nation came from a tribe of the Jews anyway, check it out.
Jewish nation Christianity
Islam nation, same bloodlines

Not sure that anyone cares if Muslims believe in Noah or Moses, given that there is no proof that they existed. As far as Jesus is concerned, if the Bible is accurate then hew was the son of God and Muslims are wrong. If the Bible is not accurate than he didn't exist or was not the son of God and Muslims believe that a liar was a prophet. Either way, Muslims are wrong. Think long and hard about the implications of this!!!

Because most people don't seem to take the time to learn about others beliefs. A lot of people think that if you don't believe the Bible then you must not believe in anything they do.

They existed, but most sensible people don't actually believe their claims of God talk. They were just powerful men, thats it....legends magnified by the fact that they are the oldest stories we know of. That is all religion is.

Some people define themselves by hating others. Right now a very easy target, espeically for Americans, is Muslims. It must be difficult to meet all that hatred with a good attitude.

And to answer your question - I think because they're lazy. It's easier to hate a group of people that you don't make any efforts to understand.

Some people just close their minds and ignore anything against their faith, they don't even want to learn about anything different.
