actual internet browsing uses very little download usage, infact 50 hours a week will only use 0.9gb of your download amount
using a download usage calculator(http://www2.bt.com/static/i/btretail/consumer/broadbandusage/index.html)can work out exactly what and how much you want to download per month
so you could actually use the internet for 100 hours a month(1.8gb),this works out at around 3.5 hours a day but you should add another 0.9gb(50hours)to your download cap(2.7gb) and this means you can use the internet pretty much when you want
with regards to downloading i would just restrict that to security software and essential updates,
however internet service providers such as bt let you go slightly over your download limit without penalising you, however if you continue to go over the download cap by large amounts they will advise you to go to another package
so enjoy your internet ,and good luck

That depends on what websites you go on, if you go on large ones like YouTube, or site's with pictures, those usually take up alot of bandwhith. If you sat about 1-3 hours on computer a day you should be fine.

Without downloading ANYTHING files, just regular web browsing and email use, it should last you all month.

However, if you go to media-heavy sites (like Youtube) you will see that drop a lot.
