It is VERY rare when you can update a laptop video card. So, I'm guessing the answer is no. I recently bought a desktop because of this exact reason. I hated playing games on my laptop because of the poor performance. Sorry, man. You might be able to overclock your graphics card though to give you a few extra frames per second... Otherwise, no can do
