See a dentist, your teeth are probably rotting.
This is a potentially dangerous habit - it's all or nothing, you have to stop buying candy & rid your house of it. Good luck to you.

Don't keep the candy in your house or in your bedroom if that's what you are doing. You can not eat all that candy and and then just go right back to bed, you are going to not only gain weight but your teeth are going to rot out.

If you want to keep from gaining weight and rotting your teeth then throw the candy out, do it right away. Keep a bottle of water next to your bed so that when you wake up you can drink some of that, but don't be eating candy.

After a couple of days or so your body will get use to not eating candy in the middle of the night and you well feel much better. Give your self a big pat on the back for recognizing that you have a problem and that you are now willing to face it.

You have taken a good first step with realizing you have a problem and wanting to do some thing about it. Good for you, I know that you can make it.

Best wishes to you I know that you will make it! : )

you are having ulcer and thats why you feel that you must eat something in the night and candy is very handy to you. You can take homeopathy medicine petrolenum (30) 3 pills 3 times a day or simply cut 1/2 lemon and squeeze it in 200ml of plain water without sugar or salt and drink the first thing in the morning for 1 month and your problem will be solved.

Have your blood sugar/insulin levels checked. You may be reacting to a need for sugar or cravings of your body. You may need to change your diet to include less sugar spread out over more of the day. Try snacking on something sweet but sugarless when you wake up (or something with natural sugars like fruit). See if that helps.

But do get checked out first. It may be a sign of something more sinister, or an addiction to sugar.

Only buy a small amount at a time, and eat it early. Keep celery sticks in water, they are better for your teeth, too. Exercise strenuously for 30 - 60 mins/day, and see if you can sleep straight through.

dont buy any candy. that way when youre unconscious you wont do it. i dont keep any snacks in my home. i have fiber crackers and they are flat out nasty. believe me, you will recoil into your bed when you find yourself in the kitchen late at night and all you have is a freaking fiber cracker.
