Let me ask this question: why is this so important? My wife is more or less the same as you. She has curbed her attitude, but never fully suppressed it, and she can mix it up witht he best of the boys.

Believe me being one of the boys is a real big plus I have always been a tom boy and I have found out that wearing some nice jeans and a top is just fine. I always played sports and in bars I was always playing pool and the other video games. I was always invited to go along with the guys when they would go places and the other girls were not and that's because they didn't want to do the same thing the guys did, and they nagged if they did go. So take a different look at yourself you probably have a big advantage over most. you can live in both worlds and that's not a bad place to be.

It depends on what you call a tomboy. There isn't anything wrong with going outdoors and having fun in the woods, or on a bike. You can still get dressed up an d go out and have a good time. I personally like a woman who isn't all fragile and be tough when the going gets tough. Just be yourself. That is the most important thing. Don't try to be something that you aren't. You won't be happy trying to be different.

You can make over your outside appearance, and build relationships with other "girly girls" you tend to pick things up depending on the crowd you spend your time with. But nothing is wrong about being a tom boy, or enjoying sports, hunting ect. You can have a balance of liking those things and being "one of the guys" and still find your feminine side. Everything in moderation.

hmmm i used to be a tom boy as well. i think it all has to do the way you want to see yourself. take new steps if u really want to change.. as in maybe go shopping for new clothes but dnt just wear the normal thins u wld buy try on dresses, different designs.. you can seek help from a female or male friend you trust and dnt just squeeze your face at their ideas, give it a shot u never can tell. heopfully that should help.

If it is your attitude that you don't like then you just have to learn to think differently, it is just something that is in your head. But I am a tomboy and I am almost 37 and I have tried doing the dressing up like a girly girl and it just isn't me I like my Levi's and that is that so it's what I wear. I am comfortable, and it is me. I do things with girls, but I have alot of guy friends and i just am who I am and I just have people accept me for me and if not then we can't be friends and they usually see I am no threat to stealing there boyfriends, who are my friends and I definitely have a girly figure. I just like riding 3 wheelers and bikes, and talking and joking with guys and can get along with them talking much easier than with most girls, I am not the type of girl to sit around and gossip and talk about my nails and hair and so and so I just think it's a waste of time, so i hang out have a few beers with my guy friends and shoot the sh_t!

I completely understand this. Honestly if it bothers you and you have difficulty changing then see a psychologist, often there are cheap or free ones run by certain charities. The psych. can help you to understand why you are this way and help you to accept yourself...strangely this enables change. There is nothing WRONG with you and I'm sure they can help you to feel happier.

I would start simply and slowly. Start by adding little things into your daily routine that you think are 'girly'. Maybe start by wearing lacy and beautiful underwear, then graduate to wearing more ladylike clothing. Start by using mascara and lipstick, and then go to using eyeshadow and blush. Add some color to your environment. You can become a mix of the two and be very happy. You can be as ladylike as you wish, but still be yourself.

Tom boy girls are hot. Don't change! The guys who won't like you for it are shallow jerks!
