I NEED THE EXACT MEASUREMENT FOR THE FRESH YEAST..IT CAME IN A 2 LB BLOCK.

2 and 1/2 t. of dry yeast = 1 block or 1 pkg. of yeast.

The yeast brick which is approximately 1 cubic inch is equivalent to 1 dry package. I would use 2 dry packages if I had any question, it will not harm the pizza dough. I often use 3 when 2 are asked for. I am not sure of the size of the bakery brick, also 1 teaspoon of dry yeast is equivalent to 1 dry package. Again I would go heaping teaspoon.
