This guy i work with is always asking me out and I was completely honest and said I only wanted to be friends. Now he is just so persistant and asks me out all the time and now its to the point where I want to avoid him. What do i do? He doesnt listen when i say no.

When he asks you out tell him that is a closed issue and walk away. If he still persists tell him that you are considering him as committing harassment. If he still persists talk with your supervisor or boss..

Next time that he asks you tell him straight out "I only want to be friends with you. I've already told you this and you just keep coming back asking me out. I'm almost to the point were I want to just avoid you. So stop asking me out. I said no, theres plenty of other women out there for you. " I had the same problem at work and it just got so so so annoying so I had to tell him. It worked. Try it and see what happens.

find some stud kinda guy with big biceps and a flashy car, and make sure this office jerk-off sees you having a fun time with this person....he doesn't event need to be your dude...just an act. most guys are insanely jealous and he'll probably stay away from you coz his insecurities will be killing him. this is nasty but its the only way to do this....lol
if that doesn't work, kick the jerk in the nads

try maybe just doing little things that only he sees that most people find anoying. like picking your nose. have other people tell him things that arent true of course just to turn him off from you. maybe u r too nice for your own good. cant avoid him turn him off like a switch. click.

if your comming right out and saying no your not intreasted and he is not taking it for an answer then yes i would avoid him totally.mabey he will get the hint....
