They are small and red and all over. It looks kind of like acne. I've tried acne creams but they don't work.

i used to have this condition. it was actually dry skin. i used a loofah sponge, and moisturized daily, with baby oil of skin so soft from avon, or even olive oil, then dried off with a bath towel, bumps all gone.
if they itch, see a dr. mine did not itch..

Most likely this is a form of dermatitis. Appy some cortiscon creme and see if that helps. This is very common especially in people who have allergies or asthma.

Do they itch badly? If so, it could be an allergic reaction. If not, that could also be folliculitis. There is a picture on the site below. If it looks like that, it probably is folliculitis.
