i need some diet pills. i am really limiting my food and the weight is not coming off. it is because i am getting older. please no exercise tip, because i exercise like a demon. thanks.

i have been exercising for yrs. and i do eat healthy. im a health nut. only pure whole organic foods here. the weight is not coming off and im getting really frustrated and pissed off.

See all your exercises really do not help you . Do the following yoga asanas everyday and you will definetly trim your body to allround perfection and will have a sound health throughout your life.
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.
Note: you can stop immediately all the exercises you are doing right now because yoga will take care of everything.

So, let me see if I understand this correctly... You say you are a health nut and eat only organic whole foods, yet you come here asking for tips on a synthetic diet pill. You put all this effort in to not having any processed foods because you know they are bad for your body, but because the scale doesn't give you the number you are looking for you now want to shove processed pills into your body. Something here doesn't make sense.

Fine, no one really cares about your reasons... it still doesn't make sense. But hey, go waste your money on diet pills, gain more weight and have the jitters and lose calcium and weaken your bones, maybe even get a heart attack, but hey these side effects are worth it right?

I sure you don't want to hear this , but the best diet pill is what you eat . You are what you eat and you can do moderate exercise and perhaps see a nutritionist would be your best pill , do not become a dependent on pills .

There are no good pills: if they work they are dangerous and the majority don't work (only your purse gets lighter).
