Fools laugh at others, the wise laugh at themselves. What it means to a ordinary person?

An ordinary man just blinks between extremes. He cannot understand what for the others are laughing and in due course he may either join any of the category. So, either u falls in fools / wise category.

The one who is amused by his own mistakes and is conscious enough not to repeat them is the wise one, who spends precious 'time' in correcting himself and not waste it by laughing at others foolishness.
