My cat is very thin and throws up a lot. However she loves to drink is cream which she does not throw up. Is it okay for her to have it whenever she wants it?

She should be able to drink cream. Only give her a little bit at a time.

i would have though that cream was like milk (i.e. contains lactose) and because most cats are lactose intolerant that in theory it's a bad idea to let you cat have cream. However, saying that, i have sometimes given my cat small amounts of normal (i.e. human) milk that contains lactose and it doesn't seem to have had any side effects that i can see. Personally i would just give her a very small amount say once or twice a week as a treat x

yes its not harmful however it is known for some breeds of cat to be lactose and tolerant like wise with drinking milk you should really give your cat water to drink

let her drink it but if its not doing nothing for her stop letting her drink it and take her to the vet
