If she's not too thin and acting normally then she's probably fine. If they're mixed breed kittens and the mom got pregnant running loose, they may have different fathers and that would account for the size differences. Loose roaming queens will mate with any male they can get thier paws on and litters very often have multiple fathers.
If she's too boney, may be parasites or the male may be hogging the food when you're not looking.

She may just be the runt of the litter. Both of my dogs have been runts, and they’ve never had any extra problems because of it. Plus, females can tend to be a bit smaller than males. These two factors together may make her seem too small. If she’s eating, drinking, and has lots of energy, there probably isn’t anything to worry about. Just ask the next time you take them to the vet for a check-up, but for now, it doesn’t seem to be something that needs urgent attention.

With mixes its very likely the kittens have 2 diverse fathers. women are smaller then men. see you later because the kitten is ingesting nicely and has all photos and is wormed, its in simple terms smaller. be positive both are neutered/spayed now - do no longer wait longer in the journey that they are 4 months previous - they could breed as youthful as 4 months previous.

In all litters there is always a runt. Meaning the one that's always smaller. It's very common. As long as you have taken her to the vet and had her checked out and as long as you feed her, I am sure she'll be alright. If the mother would have thought that the kitten had something seriously wrong with it, she would have not taken care of it.

I think all kittens are genetically programmed. I believe they all have different sizes and builds and will grow into quite different cats.
Of my cat's litter, all of which are now full grown, two are huge and two are on the thin side. I figured 2 took after the dad, and 2 took after the mother. The mother is extremely thin. My cat's are Siamese so you can really see the difference.

You should take them both to the vet. The smaller kitten could have worms, if she doesnt seem to be gaining any weight. She could just be smaller. Kittens, even from the same mother, vary a great deal.

biys are generally bigger than girls! are they purebred or mix? mix breed kittens can have different dads in the same litter, that may be a factor.
my semi-ferals, before they were spayed, stole kittens from the neighbor cats litters! that cat was a bad mom, ours were good moms. think they knew? so some of our kittens looked NOTHING alike!

The smaller one may just be the runt of the litter. If the cat is healthy, I wouldn't worry about it.
