The statements in the Old Testament and the New Testament do not contradict each other. Much of what was in the Old Testament was set up as rituals, feasts, and sacrifices that were to serve as signs to point to the coming of Jesus. They were to help people recognize him when he came. Read the book of Matthew and you will see a listing of 90 different Old Testament prophecies that Jesus fulfilled.
Once Jesus came, there was no longer a need to continue the rituals, and feast that pointed ahead to him. They had severed their purpose. So they were replaced by the Christian rituals (like baptism, communion, and Sunday worship) which look back to him. You will find this explained in the New Testament book of Hebrews.
The OT was not corrupt, but rather was fulfilled. It acoomplished was it was suppose to accomplish. Once done, the results of those laws form the new relationship we now have with God after the death and resurrection of Jesus.

I'm assuming you are talking about the OT and the NT. The OT tells the people what is to happen and the NT shows that it happened. OT prophecies and NT fulfills. There are no contraditions and no corruptions. Obviously you don't know the Bible very well. Read and study it and rejoice.

Nope... its just the change.
A new message, a change for the time they were in.
It contradicts it, because the messiah came with the (so called) "True" messages of God.
YAY for getting rid of circumsision... I was born into a Christian family... Thank Jesus, my member wasn't mutalated.

1Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a
feast day or a new moon or a sabbath day: which are a shadow of the
things to come;... colossians 2:16-18.
