Hey everybody...I'm a 18-year-old girl, kinda average or a little bit more...I don't really have problems with weighting a little bit more, (unless it's too much and it seriously affects your health)...BUT in two weeks I'm going to Paris etc so I wanna look really stylish and good in my clothes... Is it too late to start a diet and exercise daily? I mean, eating vegetables, fruits,etc for 2 weeks and exercising a lot would make me look any fitter in two weeks?

Not too late... I've just lost 11kgs in 4 1/2 weeks by cracking down on being really healthy, exercising regularly, and not starving myself... And 11kgs is a lot, more than 1 jeans size. You could quite easily tone up in this time, even if you don't loose lots of weight, you'll see body change anyway. Any positive change is going to help, just don't beat yourself up if you don't loose as much weight / shape as you'd like. Good luck! :)

it not impossible to look fitter in two weeks, if you excerise three time a week for about an hour, and eat properly, of course you will feel fitter and better in your self. there is a period between these two weeks that you will feel crap, your muscles will ache, you will not be able to walk properly but this is only your muscles stretching and toning up ....

no you cant be get fit in 2 weeks but if you try to be fit in two weeks you will gona to fell pain in ur muscle when you will go over to the paris

ya you can because I do it , I lost 4Kg in just two week and without diet or go to gym , it is very easy and very good program you can go to

PILATES do pilates and you will notice a difference in 2 weeks.
