My ex broke up with me 1 mth ago. I am meeting her next week to "catch up". I am interested in getting back together with her but know that if I push her too much she may back away!

How do I tell from her body language/manner if she is interested?

What should I do to act on that without being pushy?

She is an ex....She's probably not interested and if she is im sure she will let you know.

To cut a long story short, look for "open" body language.
Arms crossed isn't a good sign.
If her legs are crossed the one furthest from you should be crossed towards you - if the nearest leg is crossed away from you she's shutting you out.
If she mirrors your position it's a good sign.
Regular eye contact suggests an honest and open conversation.
Speaking of which, conversation is probably the best way to resolve the issue, not second guessing whether or not her legs and arms want you back.

If she does a Sharon Stone on you (think Basic Instinct), swig your drinks, grab your coats and call a cab.

If she turns up with a new boyfriend, call a cab and take your drink with you for comfort.

From experience, getting back with someone is never that great an idea - there's no honeymoon period and whatever issues drove you apart are usually still there.

But what the hell do I know...

If she is an ex there has to be a reason for that. im assuming she left you as you are still interested in her. dont push her too much or make your feelings obvious otherwise your going to get hurt and 'make a fool of yourself'. if she IS interested in getting back together again with you, im sure you will be able to tell, just the usual signs like - if she hugs you when she first sees you again, if shes touchy feely with you, if shes flirty, if she asks you if youve got another girlfriend yet etc... if shes not keen on you anymore, msot likely she will say early in the 'catch up' that she has a new boyfriend or, she has met someone that she relaly likes. dont take it too hard, some people just move on quicker than others and it just wasnt meant to be if thats teh case. there are many chicks out there im sure who would be with you =)

Dont build your hopes up too much but if she didnt want to know she wouldnt want to meet you. Just play it cool and dont gush over her too much. Let her know you are doing ok (even if you are not) have a good talk and let her make the first move and who knows she might like the new you.

Somebody is interested. Who arranged this get together wasn't it the 2 of you? Just let it happen . Talk and express your feelings to each other but most of all LISTEN WITH EARS AND EYES AND HEART.

shes your ex so you must have a pretty idea about her character and attitude try to remember when you two are dating think about her former behavior and about her body movement at least you know when shes in a mood for love
remember all the call signs remember all those naughty smiles
remember that she hold your hands and rubbing it when shes hot
remember that she go very close to you when she talk so you can smell her perfume
remember she placed her hand in your lap and blow your ears softly and biting it nimbly
remember,,,,,,hey, thats my girlfriend,,,,,

Hi dont bother too much with body language why complicated things, just concentrated with what she says to you , you will then know soon enough

If you want her back then the best thing to do is act not interested, she'll come running back to you, she'll see that she is missing out!
