everybody flirts..
not much you can do.. you can ask her not to.. but she'll probably deny it saying she wasn't flirting
my guess is show her what a secure man you are and not let it bother you.. girls need a man who are secure
just cause shes' flirting with some guy doesn't mean he's going to get into her pants

EVERYONE flirts... Everyone...
The thing to consider is whether it is harmless or not... If its innocent flirting (like the kind we're not even aware we're doing, wit and humor even seem to be "flirting" sometimes) then it shouldnt be a problem to your relationship.
However, if it is the kind of flirting that may mean someone gets hurt, or the person doing it is doing it on purpose and with the consideration that they'd like to take it further (ie. flirt with a guy, AND want to see him to flirt with him again) then that could be potentially harmful.
Just be open and talk to her... like I say, she may not even be aware she's doing it, because it's that harmless. If she's openly and actively flirting, tell her you don't like it... Unless you don't care, then keep shut! :P

leave her. ok let's take the credit of them saying everybody flirts but in a relationship already, it's not worth to stay with someone who still flirts.

if u flirt with other girls then its only fair. if not then she needs to stop. also depends on how far the flirting is going

If your girlfriend flirts with other men she obviously doesn't care about you or value your relationship very much.

when she flirts with other guys they flirt back im sure,its dis-respectful to you and makes you wonder about her devotion to you,she should stop in my opinion

i would tell her she needs to knock it the hell off then ask her how she would like it if you did it and if she says she wouldnt care then DO IT and see her reaction!!!!
