No.. if it gets infected it won't fall off. If the doctors can't get the medicines to work that they give you to stop the infection, then they will cut it off. But your lip won't fall off. I've never heard of a lip falling off. And people have been piercing lips for ages. I don't think any of their lips have fallen off.

For you honey, piercing your lip will definitely make it fall off! It may also harm those little gray cells you have but don't appear to be using.

Emo for life...?? Firstly, Emo's are a sad waste of space, why you would want to classify yourself as an emo is hysterical...
Secondly, it was a really poor decision to become an emo, you've dropped out of school as your spelling is appalling, don't be a follower little one, be a leader... Go back to school get an education (then you could probably answer your own questions!) make your parents proud!!
Unlike most cult fads that this world has created, emo's are based on snippets of other cultures, ie: punk, goth, grunge... Be original, this is why we laugh at the whole Emo phase... You never saw Punks running around in the 70/80's crying they had "emotional" problems.... The whole "whoa is me" attitude is boring.. And well were I come from Emo's will never have any sort of street credit.....

LOL, well i dont know what a meth is, but im pretty sure u see people with a lip piercing. Did u notice a missing lip? People are always making up stupid myths on things they aren't educated on or are scarred of. Dont believe the hype.

Your lip wont fall off because of it. You will have a scar if it gets infected but falling off is a myth. People that say that are being stupid ... a piercing wont take off your whole lip.

You lip will not fall off if you pierce it. Even if you get an infection, there are few cases where removal of large areas of tissue is needed.

what? you do know that people have been getting their lips pierced for hundreds of years right? i'm not aware of very many people's lips falling off. in fact, the only people i have ever seen that didn't have lips are people who use chewing tobacco and get mouth cancer. it's really gross.

Wow .....never seen a emo with a pierced lip (I thought yall had beaks) or one that could type. Most of the emo's I've seen stand around in the pen eating emo feed.... waiting for someone to come kill them and harvest the emo oil. Ignore the distractors making fun of your spelling ...I find it AMAZING that you can type at all. Does the emo rancher know you are using his computer?.......

thats a rediculous question whoever told you that doesnt know what they are saying, ive had my lip pierced a few times and no my lip didnt fall off and it has been infected, all you do is clean it!

i see people alllll the time with half lips or no lips at all lol !!!!!!! course it wont fall off , if it did there would be no such thing as lip piercing huni so basically the answer is noooooooooooo !!!!!! even if it does get infected xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
