It's not case of strong will but more of the fact that you are not arrogant, respect each other and overall show humility to other people and the world at large.

It means you have a tough road ahead. The word used in the Bible is "stiff necked," instead of strong willed, but it's the same thing. The prouder you are, the more sure you're right and can do just fine on your own, the harder it will be to humble yourself. But when you have humbled yourself, the rewards are 10,000 times greater than anything you could have earned doing it your way.

One day every knee will bow. Practice now.

It means that you have to try to be able to admit you are sometimes wrong and that you can feel sorry for so doing and able to ask for God's forgiveness. I too am a strong willed person and it is sometimes very hard to see when I am wrong. So I have to humble myself to God and ask Him to show me the error in my ways. When I see the error, then I have to humble myself again and ask Him to forgive me. Then, in order to not make the same mistake twice, or even more than that, I need to humbly ask Him to help me keep from doing whatever I did wrong again. A good example is one of the verses from the Bible that I have committed to memory in order to keep from straying. It is from Proverbs 3:6, "In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths."
