Are they phenergan pills? You need to ask your doctor for suppositories. Forcing yourself to sleep when you are vomiting is not a good idea. You can vomit in your sleep and aspirate it, which is very scary indeed. Try eating crackers, taking very small sips of water to keep yourself hydrated. If you start getting weak, dizzy, dry mouth, dark urine or no urine, or if you are feeling faint, you need to go to the emergency room. If you can feel you can wait to call your doctor in the morning, let him/her know how much you have been vomiting and ask for phenergan suppositories. It will help you with both vomiting and sleep.

The phenergan will probably make you a little drowsy anyway, so you don't need any pills for sure.

If you can keep down a cup of hot tea, that might help. So will a hot shower. The shower raises your body temperature, and as it goes back down when you lie down in your bed, that should help you get to sleep.

Even if you can't sleep, just lie down and rest. It will help you feel better anyway. Good luck.

If this is an ongoing problem check your doctor quick. If not, hope it is over by now.
