Where were the injections given? If they were given in her butt than there is always the chance that the vet may have hit a nerve or something when giving them. Call your vet and let them know what is going on and see if you should bring her in or if this is something that will correct itself.

She should have been given only 1 injection of dewormer, and this is given between the shoulder blades. If she had a vaccine such as a rabies shot, those are sometimes given in the muscle in the thigh. Call the vet to see what injection they gave and WHERE?

I can't imagine that tapeworms made your cat very ill. And not real sure why any type of deworming injection could cause any type of damage. It could all be unrelated. Contact your vet

Call your vets office. As for the worms they should have given her a dewormer. Was that what the shot was?

Call the Vet! They treated her and they will want to know what is going on with her now. Trust Me.
