Did i do the right thing breaking up with him, cause now he wont leave me alone but i dont trust him anymore and i will never trust him

Of course you did the right thing. If he won't leave you alone, get a restraining order. Think about why you let him mistreat you for so long, so you don't attract the same type in the future. Realize that you ARE worth far better than how you have been treated. If you don't realize why you let him mistreat you for so long, you are destined to find the same type of guy in the future. Repeat this several times a day: I AM WORTH AN HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, FAITHFUL MAN. You have to acknowledge to yourself that you are a good person who deserves to be treated as such. If you feel you need a man to "complete" you, then please accept that with that attitude you will continue to attract the same type of man. You need to be O.K. with being by yourself, and when you do it will most likely attract the type of man you are seeking. Good Luck.

You can NOT have a good relationship with a person you cant trust! If you know you cant trust him then you did the right thing. Im surprised you waited that long. I would have left his cheating *** nine years earlier. Be strong and tell him to bugger off. You did the right thing. Please dont go back to him no matter how much he pleads or tells you he will change. It wont happen. I hope you know that.

If he cheated for 10 years, then he WON'T stop!! DO NOT trust him because he just wants someone to be there when he's tired of running around cheating...& you knew about it, so you really NEED to get as far away from him as you possibly can!!!

You've done the right thing.
Have some self respect and don't bother talking with him. I realise that is hard as he's been such a part of your life for so long.
But he obviously never had any respect for you, or didn't realise what he had for too long. Don't even consider getting back together.
