Just don't do it.
It is asking for all kinds of trouble.
Making him think he's on the verge of getting sexual intimacy and then denying him will make him want it even more.
The more you tease, the worse it will get. He'll either go get physical affection someplace else, leave you all together or worse. If he's the wrong sort of guy, it could lead to a sexual assault by him, which I am sure isn't what you have in mind...
Best to be honest with him and let him know what level of physical intimacy you are comfortable with, and then don't open any garden gates if you don't want anyone nibbling your lettuce.

try a little bit of grinding to some "interesting" music. If you don't know what this is, watch the official video clip for avril lavignes song girlfriend...at the end when shes in the bathroom with that guy, and she's sorta dancing with her back to him all close in front of him...how can i say this without being gross? umm...just watch it and you'll get what i mean. This will drive him nuts, guaranteed!

If you do too much teasing you know someone will be out of those cloths with or without you,so be careful.

Pretty much everything you do while nekkid, you can do with clothes on. Not everything, of course, haha... but I'm sure someone here will help you find something creative ;)
