Each airport publishes its charges either on the internet or in print. There is a charge for each take off and each landing, and since these depend on the aircraft weight, the time of day and the day of the week it gets quite complex. Aircraft parking is also charged and that depends on which parking bay is used and the lengt of time the plane stays there. For example, bays next to the terminal connected by jetway's are more expensive than those further away where the passengers get to the plane by bus. Other services are charged extra like aircraft cleaning, inside and out, catering, aircraft tugs, de-icing, baggage services, water supply, sewage disposal etc etc. It gets very expensive!!

Depends on the airport. The bigger and more important the airport the more the airline have to pay. The airline has to pay landing and take off charges, they have to pay for the check in desks and all the services the airport supplies them with so it amounts to quite a bit. If the airport is further away from the main city the taxes and charges are much less and that is why for example Ryanair fly to out of the way airports.

In the UK airport charges vary Considerably (too wide a variation to make an average meaningful) because of their different owners, and at different times of day. You'll have to consult each one indivdually to find out.

Most charge a rate based on the aircraft weight, some also charge a rate based on the number of passengers carried on that flight.

Some of the larger airports make up an 'itemised bill' based on aircraft weight, air navigation (control) charge, passenger headcount, time of landing, parking fee (cheaper at night), etc.

Night operations can be a lot cheaper at the London airports, that's why the likes of Ryanair operate at werid hours.
