She calls herself a christian and her brand is no more ridiculous than any other. A more appropriate question would be: do they know they're idiots?

Of course not. No one does. No matter what you THINK will happen, you don't actually KNOW. So what makes your cult better than hers? Besides the fact that she's a con artist, but a lot of religious leaders are too, so that's not origional.
