the influences of latin in English, mainly from the legal point of view, and I am also focusing on the problems related to writing and understanding legal texts, often full of latin derived expressions.

By getting to the thesis level a university student should have had plenty of experience in posing and answering questions. Apart from the question mark I can see no evidence of a question being asked. What is it you want us to tell you?
